Charley Sharkey (She/ Her)

Associate Therapist, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

At just 17, Charley had her first experience with therapy to address social phobia and a childhood diagnosis of ADHD. Through her own transformative journey, she experienced firsthand the power of individualized, compassionate therapy.

Once a socially anxious, neurodivergent youth, Charley is now a dedicated therapist who feels honoured to be part of others’ success stories. When not in the therapy room, she enjoys painting, baking, teaching piano, and working with her therapy dog-in-training, Pepper. Together, they bring therapeutic support to community events in the North Bay area.

Charley is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space for all individuals, including those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
